Well, here´s another cover of one of my favourite Floyd tunes, and as you can hear… I have made my own version adding some of my stuff, like a different solo, and a lot of whammy bar and tapping… Well, hope you don´t mind! I tried to do my best, instead of copying Gilmour, who is one of my Top Favorite Players.

I also would like to share and dedicate this one to Daniel from GlimourTrueHD, for providing exposition and nice comments on all of my videos.

Aquí les dejo otro cover de uno de mis temas favoritos de Floyd, y como pueden escuchar he hecho mi propia versión, agregándole algunas cositas mías, como un solo diferente con tapping y mucha palanca. Espero que no les moleste, traté de dar lo mejor de mi, en lugar de copiar a Gilmour quien está entre mis guitarristas favoritos, por supuesto.

An “Original” Dedication of Love

Pablo composes a loving tribute for his ¨el verdadero amor¨ (true love). His beloved wife, Romina.

 

¨Romina, bajo la lluvia”  

 

 

Pablo compone un homenaje para su verdadero amor, su amada esposa, Romina.

Dice Pablo acerca de ¨Romina, bajo la lluvia¨: ¨es una melodía que compuse cuando mi esposa y yo comenzamos a salir, en el año 2000. Hice la primera parte, la introducción en español, pensando en un estado de ánimo `bailable´ para identificarla a ella y a continuación, el resto de la canción salió simplemente, trabajando en la primera parte y desarrollándola con la guitarra eléctrica. Estaba muy contento con el resultado, porque pensé que la melodía era, como decirlo, `cantable´, una melodía simple, pero que reflejaba mi amor por ella y su personalidad, porque ella es una excelente madre, amorosa, trabajadora, y una mujer que  siempre cuida y se preocupa por los demás, sus afectos, el prójimo y sobre todo cuida de mí y de nuestro hijo Joaquín, que es nuestro rey, nuestro sol¨.

About ¨Romina bajo la lluvia”  this is a melody that a composed when my wife and I started to date. I made the first part, the Spanish intro, thinking of a dancing mood for her, and then, the rest of the song, came out simply by working on the first part and developing it with the electric guitar. I was really happy about the result, cause I always thought how much this singable, simple melody, reflected my love for her and her personality. She is loving mother and wife, always caring for others, especially me and my/her son Joaquin, our sun, our king.
